Job summary

Capio Recruitment Limited is seeking a seasoned Client Director for its established Corporate Division in the UK. You will manage strategic corporate client relationships, generate new business and mentor Account Executives while maintaining high service standards and regulatory compliance.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape insurance programmes and strengthen insurer partnerships, balancing client needs with commercial delivery in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert CII qualification; commitment to CPD and regulatory standards.
• Experience in corporate insurance broking and leading client relationships.
• Proven ability to develop new business and mentor junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop corporate client relationships and key accounts.
• Develop new business through referrals, networks and existing relationships.
• Support and develop Account Executives, sharing technical knowledge and guidance.
• Provide technical guidance on complex insurance placement and client issues.
• Shape client insurance programmes with broking colleagues and insurer markets.
• Maintain strong insurer relationships and explore alternative markets.
