About the Role:

Join one of Italy’s most respected luxury fashion houses as a Senior Client Advisor in the menswear department of a leading London department store. Representing refined tailoring and modern Italian style, you will offer an exceptional and personalised experience to an international, fashion-conscious clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert styling and in-depth product knowledge across menswear collections
• Build and nurture lasting client relationships through tailored service and clienteling
• Consistently drive sales by achieving individual and team KPIs
• Ensure the shop floor reflects the brand’s luxury identity through impeccable visual standards
• Communicate the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship, and seasonal trends with confidence
• Support and inspire colleagues, contributing to a high-performance team culture

Requirements:

• Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally in menswear or formalwear
• Strong track record of client relationship management and sales performance
