SENIOR CLIENT ADVISOR – MENSWEAR, HARRODS

My client is a luxury global fashion house looking for a Senior Client Advisor to join the Menswear team at Harrods, London.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
  • Monitor individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs set by Department/Store Managers.
  • Provide customer feedback on products, especially newly launched ones.

Client Management:

  • Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal customer base, utilizing CRM tools effectively.
  • Implement CRM campaigns and set up one-on-one appointments according to targets and guidelines.
  • Manage customer service quality to meet expectations, offering a professional and personalized experience.

Store Operations:

  • Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
  • Operate the company's Sales Management system accurately, including stock transfer, payment processing, stock inquiries, and customer database updates.

Stock Management:

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receiving, display, and storage of merchandise.
  • Support store stock takes and cycle counts.

Store Maintenance:

  • Maintain visual merchandising according to company standards.
  • Ensure a safe and clean store environment, including daily housekeeping duties.

Profile:

  • 2-5 years of experience in luxury men's RTW.
  • Excellent relationship skills, self-reliant, friendly, and patient.
  • Organized, professional, and confident.
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of retail management systems.
  • Goal-oriented, capable of multitasking.
  • Strong interest and knowledge of fashion/luxury industry with a focus on styling.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or Mandarin is a plus.
