Job summary

Quicklet is seeking a Senior Client Accounts professional to lead our Client Accounts team in Belfast/Lisburn. The role focuses on accuracy, timely payments, and proactive issue resolution in a fast-paced property management environment.

You will oversee daily operations, coach the team, and ensure compliance with client money protections, while collaborating with Property Managers to keep the business running smoothly.

Qualifications

• At least five years in Client Accounts or Property Accounts environments.
• Minimum of two years leading or supervising a team.
• Experience managing high-volume landlord, contractor and tenant payments.
• Strong understanding of reconciliations and financial controls.
• Proactive, hands-on leadership with attention to compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Client Accounts function for the Group and supervise daily operations.
• Ensure 100% landlords are paid on time or informed of delays.
• Coach and develop the Client Accounts team; conduct regular 1:1s and reviews.
• Process, review and authorise landlord, tenant and contractor payments.
• Maintain fully reconciled client accounts and ensure PPE requirements are met.
• Resolve complex client accounting queries and act as escalation point.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in processes and service.
• Collaborate with Property Managers to support business operations.
• Maintain robust financial controls and support audits.
