Vanrath is seeking a skilled Accountant to join a leading global legal services organisation in our Belfast Centre on a 12-month contract. The role offers a strong platform for delivering high-quality financial reporting and pivotal balance sheet management.

You will prepare monthly management reports, assist with financial statements and audits, and support budgeting, cash flow, and controls within a modern, collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Accountant with 3–5 years of industry experience.
• Strong background in Finance Operations and/or Finance Shared Services within a professional services environment.
• Proven ability to influence and consult with senior leaders.
• Excellent understanding of operational efficiency and financial accounting principles.
• Skilled in project management and systemic thinking.
• Proficient in MS Office and other productivity tools.

Aufgaben

• Prepare the Centre's monthly management reports and assist with financial statements and audits.
• Conduct monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and support annual budgeting processes.
• Oversee accounts payable and interfirm invoicing/settlement processes.
• Manage month-end procedures and banking relationships, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
• Contribute to the financial operations of the Belfast Centre, including cash flow management.
