Sodexo, the facilities partner for Lady Eleanor Holles School in Hampton, is seeking a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team during the after-school and daytime shifts. The role focuses on maintaining a spotless environment, ensuring safety standards, and delivering high service levels.

• Carry out cleaning duties alongside the team as required (approx. 50%).
• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to agreed standards.
• Monitor cleaning standards across the school site.
• Support the Contract Director with organising cleaning operations.
• Lead team briefings and promote a positive working environment.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, fire safety and COSHH requirements.
• Monitor equipment, materials and storage areas to high standards.
• Report incidents, accidents, damages or concerns promptly.
• Maintain an exceptional environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

What You Do:

What You Bring:

• Previous Cleaning experience in a school or hospitality environment
• Previous supervisory or management experience, ideally within cleaning, facilities management or housekeeping.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and people-management skills.
