Housing Plus Group is offering a Senior Cleaner position based in Stafford. You will join our facilities maintenance team responsible for cleaning communal areas in blocks, halls, lifts and external spaces.

We are looking for someone who can perform basic cleaning tasks, follow health and safety guidelines and provide excellent customer service while building positive relationships with colleagues. Benefits include 22 days holiday, pension, eye care and more.

We currently have a great opportunity for a Senior Cleaner to join our facilities maintenance team in South Staffordshire.

What you’ll do:

• Clean communal areas inside blocks of flats, corridors, entrance halls, communal lounges, lifts, courtyards, internal and external entrance areas, dustbin areas, walls, ceilings, floors, lights, handrails, stairs, glass, etc.
• Complete basic inspections and report any issues as appropriate.
• Maintain equipment, ensuring its safe usage and storage.
• Complete timesheets in accordance with procedures.

Skills and experience required:

• Experience of carrying out basic cleaning tasks.
• An understanding of basic health and safety requirements.
• A commitment to achieving high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and customer care.
• The ability to create positive working relationships with colleagues and provide excellent customer service to our customers.
