Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Cleaner to join our Soft Facilities Management Division in Brownhills. You will maintain communal areas across three residential estates, delivering a high-quality cleaning service to residents and visitors.

This part-time role offers 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 3 hours per day between 7AM and 3PM. You will work as part of a team focused on safety, cleanliness and presentation.

Formación

Responsabilidades

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Cleaner to join our Soft Facilities Management Division in Brownhills. Working across 3 residential estates all within walking distance of eachother, you will play an important role in maintaining clean, safe and well-presented communal areas for residents and visitors. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service ensuring communal spaces are maintained to a consistently high standard.

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities.We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

• Managing waste and recycling areas, including bin rotations and ensuring refuse areas are kept clean and tidy.
• Working to agreed cleaning schedules and service standards while delivering a professional and reliable service to residents and visitors.

Key requirements:

• Experience carrying out cleaning duties to a high standard in a professional or commercial environment.
• Good understanding of cleaning equipment, materials and safe working practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively while following cleaning schedules.
