Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is recruiting a dedicated Communal Cleaner at a retirement living scheme in Liverpool to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You'll join our Soft Services Cleaning Team on a part-time basis, with a 13-hour week and set shifts.

Daily duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste management and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents. Immediate start and weekly pay are available.

Qualifications

• Good physical health required due to manual cleaning tasks.
• COSHH and Health and Safety knowledge are important.
• Strong communication skills to engage with residents.

Responsibilities

• Clean communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards and paths.
• Remove dumped refuse bags to refuse chambers or other refuse areas.
• Check and replace blown bulbs in communal areas.
• Sweep hard surfaces and litter pick soft surfaces.
• Clean windows within easy reach.

Pinnacle Group are recruiting a dedicated Communal Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at a retirement living scheme.

You will join our Soft Services Cleaning Team, based at a housing complex in Sandfield Hey, West Derby, L
12. Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations

• including housing providers and blue light authorities.

We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

The complex is spread over 2 floors and will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents and visitors.

You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence.

We are offering a part-time role of 13 hours per week, working the following set shift pattern.

Monday / Wednesday / Friday 9 am - 12noon Tuesday / Thursday 9 am - 11 am The role also comes with weekly pay and has an immediate start.

Key responsibilities will include: Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths, grass, etc., as per required contract specification.

Removing any dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other refuse areas.

Checking communal lighting and replacing blown bulbs.

Sweeping hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.

Cleaning windows within easy reach.

Key requirements will include: Good physical health is essential due to the nature of the tasks

• bending, climbing stairs and heavy lifting are involved in some tasks.

Good knowledge and experience, and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment, including COSHH and Health and Safety Strong communication skills are vital to speak with the residents.
