Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Confirms coverage of claims by reviewing policies and documents.
• Directs and monitors assignments to experts and outside counsel.
• Analyzes coverage and communicates coverage positions.
• Prepare coverage position letters on matters typically in litigation.
• Utilizes investigation and settlement techniques to achieve timely closure.
• Coordinates loss information for stakeholders and presents updates in meetings.
