Job summary

MS Amlin in London is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist for Natural Resources to lead market claims handling throughout the life of the claim, from FNOL to settlement, ensuring excellent client experience and adherence to Lloyd's, FCA and PRA requirements. The role requires 8+ years of global Natural Resources claims experience, a London Market background, and proficiency with ECF and Excel.

Qualifications

8+ years in leading Natural Resources claims globally.
Degree/CII or similar qualification (desirable) or willingness to work towards.
Firm understanding of London Market principles and practices.
London Market Claims System & Microsoft Office knowledge (ECF, Excel).
Account/portfolio management experience.
Willingness to travel and attend client events.

Responsibilities

Lead market claims handling from FNOL to settlement for Natural Resources, with subrogation/contribution as appropriate.
Actively monitor claims to ensure early reserves and prompt settlements with cost control.
Ensure compliance with Lloyd’s/FCA/PRA/J-SOX requirements and MS Amlin procedures.
Deputise for claims leadership; provide specialist knowledge to clients and partners.
Share knowledge to support better business decisions and continuous improvement.
