You will combine deep claims expertise with commercial leadership and strategic sales to expand our footprint with insurers and the Account Management team.

The role demands a proven track record in claims, strong stakeholder influence, and the ability to travel 30–50%.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Personal Lines Insurance Claims, ideally Motor Claims.
• Understanding of end-to-end Claims process (FNOL to resolution).
• Strong commercial acumen with revenue-driven mindset.
• People leadership or management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
• Ability to work strategically with cross-functional teams.
• UK Claims market knowledge and established network is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets across UK Personal Lines Claims.
• Act as a Claims SME, support Account Management in client engagements.
• Develop strategic sales and territory plans using market insight.
• Build relationships with key UK Claims decision-makers.
• Contribute market insight to the Claims proposition development.
• Represent the company at industry events and monitor market developments.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Product, Sales Support and others.
• Provide leadership and direction to the growing Claims sales team.
