David Roberts & Partners (Insurance Brokers) Ltd is seeking an experienced Claims Executive to join our Leeds office, managing a portfolio of predominantly Motor and Liability clients with some Financial Lines. The role focuses on client-centric claims management and data-driven insights to support risk management and beneficial outcomes for clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Broad technical knowledge of general classes of insurance and policy wordings.
• Ability to interpret policy wording impacts for clients and colleagues.
• Ability to present client reviews and analyse claims data to identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage large client portfolio within corporate claims scope.
• Analyze claims data for defensibility, risk management and MI.
• Review industry trends to advise preventative measures.
• Lead regular client claim review meetings and prepare up-to-date claims updates.
• Support renewal meetings and serve as technical claims referral point.
• Produce timely claims information and reports for renewals/reviews.
• Collaborate with broking, claims and new business teams to improve data and services.
