Job summary

David Roberts and Partners in Leeds is seeking an experienced Claims Executive to join our growing team. You will manage a portfolio of motor (Fleet & Haulage), with some Liability and other lines, acting as the conduit between clients, brokers and insurers.

This client-facing role requires strong policy interpretation, data analysis, and proactive risk management to deliver excellent claims service. We offer a vibrant environment with pension, life cover, income protection and a discretionary

Qualifications

• Broad technical knowledge of general classes of insurance and policy wordings.
• Ability to read, interpret and explain policy wordings to clients & colleagues.
• Analytical skills to analyse claims data, trends and forecast outcomes.
• Ability to host client reviews and present findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Focus on large client management for all claim types in corporate clients.
• Analyse client claims data for defensibility, risk management, and MI.
• Review industry trends to advise preventative measures for clients.
• Lead regular client claim review meetings with thorough preparation and updates.
• Support renewal and midterm meetings with technical claim references.
• Create timely claims information and reports for renewals and reviews.
• Collaborate with broking, claims and new business teams to support retention and growth.
