Job summary

David Roberts and Partners in Leeds is recruiting an experienced Claims Executive to manage a portfolio of predominantly Motor (Fleet & Haulage) clients, with some Liability and Property exposure. The role focuses on delivering excellent claims service, client liaison and data-driven insights in a fast-paced environment.

You will act as the primary conduit between clients, broking teams and insurers, ensuring efficient claims handling, analysis and reporting while supporting renewals and client

Qualifications

Broad technical knowledge of general classes of insurance and the ability to read and interpret policy wordings.

Responsibilities

Lead large client management for all claim types within Corporate client proposition.
Analyze client claims data for defensibility, risk management assistance and data analytics.
Review industry trends to proactively advise preventative measures.
Proactively arrange and manage regular client claim review meetings with accurate MI.
Support renewal meetings with technical input for claims.
Collaborate with broking, claims and new business teams to provide superior claims data and drive client retention.
