Ageas seeks a Claims Buildings Consultant to lead complex property claims with loss analysis and industry tool expertise. You will work in a hybrid UK-based environment, collaborating with specialists to deliver fair, well-supported settlements while maintaining high customer advocacy.

Ideal candidates bring experience from adjusting, surveying, or construction within insurance, and a strong passion for balancing risk with customer care in a busy, flexible workplace.

Qualifications

• Significant experience handling complex property claims for insurers or adjusting firms.
• Member of or working towards professional qualifications (CII/CIOB/RICS) or equivalent.
• Building pathology knowledge including schedules of rates, tenders and JCT experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert guidance and fair resolutions for complex property claims.
• Support focused indemnity initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Influence processes within DA arrangements and supplier audits for workflow optimisation.
• Develop and support claims handling interventions to reduce spend deterioration.
• Identify supplier performance issues and drive behavioural improvements with managers.
