ARAG UK in Bristol is seeking a Senior Claims Handler to join our Complex Claims Team. You will deliver excellent service while processing new and existing claims across various types.

Qualifications

• Experience handling complex insurance claims.
• Strong communication with customers and brokers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet KPI targets.
• Willing to undergo training in legal expenses claims.
• Based in or willing to commute to Bristol.

Responsibilities

• Process new and existing complex claims.
• Liaise with solicitors and brokers.
• Investigate and settle claims within authority.
• Provide guidance to customers on the claims process.
