Job summary

NHS Resolution is seeking an experienced Claims Auditor for a permanent role in Leeds. The successful candidate will audit internal and external claims files, including complex clinical and non-clinical cases, and monitor supplier performance against contracts and service standards.

You will work with the Audit Team Manager to inform the audit process, set strategy, and implement new policies affecting all claims schemes, contributing to quality improvement and risk management across the

Qualifications

• Extensive auditing experience in clinical and non-clinical claims.
• Experience with personal injury or clinical negligence claims is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels.
• Ability to highlight poor service delivery and drive improvements.
• Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Audit internal and external claims files across NHS Resolution schemes.
• Review processes, identify improvements, and report findings.
• Audit external supplier performance against contracts and standards.
• Prepare clear audit reports and practical recommendations.
• Support policy implementation and delivery monitoring.
