• Conduct regular technical audits of NIHL claims files against internal standards and SLAs.
• Identify risk, leakage and procedural gaps, escalating where needed.
• Provide clear written and verbal audit feedback and action plans.
• Support technical development and training for legacy teams.
• Review reserves and investigation actions for NIHL claims.
