Our client, Aspen, is seeking a Senior Claims Analyst to join their dynamic team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your analytical skills within a globally recognised Insurance company. You will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement across the global claims function and associated internal departments through data-driven insights. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction, improving efficiency, and reducing processing times.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Claims Analyst at Aspen, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's claims operations strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to provide data analytic insights that drive continuous improvement across the global claims function. You will develop self-service tools of management information to improve productivity and help drive business decisions. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting process improvement initiatives and serving as a key point of contact for operational support.

  1. Develop analytical products to monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators for claims globally.
  2. Deliver accurate and timely reporting to the Claims Executive, Exco and Boards.
  3. Ensure awareness of and compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
  4. Support the Claims Operations team to ensure all claims analytical and operations support services are delivered to the agreed quality and within defined service levels.
  5. Serve as the key point of contact for operational support to claim professionals to resolve queries.
  6. Support the global claims function in the production of analytical products.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Claims Analyst role brings extensive experience in an analytically focused role within Insurance. You have proven experience working with systems and analytical tools, extracting valuable insights from complex datasets. A strong understanding of technical claims handling would be advantageous.
