AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Associate/Associate Director Civil Water Engineer to join our Water team in the UK. You will lead design and delivery of civil water infrastructure across regulated and non-regulated markets, guiding technical solutions and client strategy.

The role offers progression toward Fellowship and opportunities to influence projects from concept to delivery. You will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, shaping future water infrastructure while mentoring

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Chartered status with ICE or CIWEM, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and delivery of civil engineering solutions from feasibility to construction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
• Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to developing engineers.
• Support project planning, resourcing, and risk management.
• Contribute to business development and framework growth.
