Amentum is seeking a civil/structural engineer for hybrid working arrangements across multiple major infrastructure projects. The role focuses on dynamic load effects, ductility, nonlinear buckling and soil-structure interaction, contributing to a safety-centered, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical design capability using British and/or Eurocodes.
• Ability to plan and manage interdisciplinary projects.
• Experience guiding junior engineers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Inter-discipline project planning, delivery and financial performance.
• Provision of technical quality and excellence of project deliverables.
• Providing technical and professional guidance, support and development of more junior engineers and technicians.
• Adherence and contribution to business and quality management systems.
• Operational and design safety and developing a strong safety culture.
• Proven ability to manage projects and prepare deliverables with quality, budget, programme and resources.
