Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Progress towards Chartered status (ICE or IStructE).
• Experience designing structures in a consultancy setting.
• Ability to manage technical scopes and mentor others.
• Strong client-facing communication and English fluency.
• UK work right and Bristol-area residency or relocation readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and resources across civil and structural projects.
• Mentor engineers, graduates and technicians on design elements.
• Review work, ensure quality, and deliver complex design elements.
• Carry out site inspections, surveys and reports.
• Maintain client relationships and liaise with stakeholders.
• Support quality, safety, environmental and sustainability standards.
• Contribute to proposals and identify opportunities within projects.
