Job summary

Crouch Waterfall, a member of the Vulcain Engineering Group, invites applications for a Senior Civil & Structural Engineer to deliver innovative structural solutions across UK building projects, including commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and industrial facilities.

The role offers mentoring towards Principal Engineer, opportunity to work within multidisciplinary teams, and a strong training culture; relocation to Bristol area may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Chartered status with ICE or IStructE encouraged.
Experience designing structures in a consultancy setting.
Buildings sector experience preferred (commercial/education/residential/healthcare).
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities; client-facing skills; English fluency; UK right to work.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate civil and structural design across projects to time and budget.
Mentor engineers, graduates and technicians; share knowledge.
Review work and support complex design elements hands-on.
Carry out site inspections and prepare technical reports.
Maintain client relationships and liaise with stakeholders.
Contribute to proposals and opportunities via technical input.
