We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in Manchester and Sheffield offices. Your expertise in structural design, assessment, finite element analysis, technical report writing, client engagement, and engineering management would be valuable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and review structural design projects, ensuring compliance and quality.
2. Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions.
3. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
4. Mentor and lead junior staff members.
5. Contribute to bid and tender processes to secure new work.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant experience in civil-structural design and analysis (steelwork and reinforced concrete).
• Experience with nuclear, power, or rail environments is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
