Your company
Your company is an established multidisciplinary consultancy with over 50 years' experience designing and delivering a wide range of world-class projects across the UK's built environment. They work with clients in healthcare, education, workplace, life science, sports & leisure, heritage, and religious sectors, handling projects from £30m up to £300m+. The Northern C&S team comprises 22 civil and structural staff, collaborating with architects, project managers, and MEP professionals.

Your new role
You will join as a Senior Lead (equivalent to Principal) or Associate Structural Engineer, responsible for the design, management, and delivery of multiple projects at various stages of design.

What you'll need to succeed

• You must be a Chartered Structural Engineer with experience in developing complex structural designs across various sectors, preferably including healthcare.
• You should have strong technical skills and experience with design software such as TEDDS, Tekla Structures, Staad Pro, and working in a BIM environment.
• You need experience managing design teams of at least 2-3 engineers and technicians.
• Good communication skills, self-organization, and a passion for structural design are essential.
