The role requires autonomous, capable civil engineering expertise with strong liaison skills to coordinate with stakeholders and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in site management or project management within civil engineering.
• Autonomy to manage packages independently and maintain progress against programme.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sub-contractors across infrastructure, sub-structure, drainage and enabling works.
• Organise applications for S38 agreements.
• Liaise with stakeholders and ensure health and safety and technical compliance.
• Assist with licences and permits as required.
