Job summary

RGB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager for civil engineering delivery in the South West. You will manage projects from early stages through construction and handover, leading site teams and subcontractors while coordinating with commercial and technical teams.

You will ensure safety, programme adherence and budget control, identify risks and changes, maintain quality and environmental standards, and provide clear project reporting to clients across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience leading civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects safely, on programme and within budget.
• Leading site delivery teams and subcontractors.
• Managing project programmes, resources and milestones.
• Identifying and managing project risks, delays and changes.
• Working with commercial and design teams throughout delivery.
• Managing client relationships and project reporting.
