Job summary

Esh Group is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead civil engineering schemes in the ECO and LWE Frameworks from inception to site completion. You will deliver safe, efficient projects, ownership of multiple schemes, and collaborate to achieve successful outcomes.

Based in Bowburn, the role requires leadership in HSEQ, NEC4 contract management, and programme development, with a focus on quality and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Holds an appropriate qualification HNC / HND / Degree
• CSCS card
• 5-day SMSTS
• Experienced in the development of civil engineering schemes from inception to site delivery
• First aid at work desirable
• UK driving licence (clean/low points)
• Demonstrated civil engineering background
• Experience managing projects
• Leadership training (basic)

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and variations
• Chair weekly internal and client progress meetings
• Manage NEC4 contracts, early warnings, compensation events and programme requirements
• Develop project programmes and provide monthly updates
• Ensure quality assurance per ISO standards and documentation handover
