Job summary

Esh Group is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead civil engineering schemes within ECO and LWE Frameworks. You will coordinate from inception through site completion, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery, while owning multiple schemes and collaborating across teams.

Ideal candidates will have NEC4 experience, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to RAMS, progress reporting, and client communication. This role is site-based within the Esh Group portfolio.

Qualifications

• Qualification in construction: HNC/HND or degree; CSCS card.
• 5-day SMSTS certificate.
• UK driving licence (clean).
• Experience managing civil engineering schemes end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of civil engineering schemes from inception to site completion.
• Prepare and review RAMS and coordinate subcontractors.
• Manage project programmes and provide monthly updates.
• Maintain NEC4 contract compliance and manage changes.
• Produce daily/weekly progress and client reports.
• Chair weekly internal and client progress meetings.
