AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Chartered Civil Engineer to lead Civil Pipeline design across major projects in the UK. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, deliver high-quality outputs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance throughout concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Chartered Civil Engineer.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale Civil Pipeline design projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate Civil Pipeline engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical designs on complex, multidisciplinary projects in compliance with relevant standards and codes.
• Manage the development and delivery of Civil Pipeline design outputs, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee the production, review, and approval of technical deliverables, including reports, drawings, calculations, and scopes of work.
• Provide technical leadership across the regional and national practice, driving best practices, innovation, and process improvements.
• Develop and strengthen Civil Pipeline engineering capability through team growth, mentoring, and technical guidance.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, solving complex engineering challenges, supporting clients, and contributing to bid proposals and wider practice initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and CDM regulations while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in the UK and internationally to deliver integrated design solutions.
