Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) and a Chartered Civil Engineer.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale Civil Pipeline design projects.
• Strong ability to develop innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.
• Expert knowledge of pipeline engineering across full asset lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of UK / international design standards, CDM Regulations.
• Proactive and collaborative leader who fosters teamwork and successful project delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate Civil Pipeline engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical designs on complex, multidisciplinary projects in compliance with relevant standards and codes.
• Manage the development and delivery of Civil Pipeline design outputs, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee the production, review, and approval of technical deliverables, including reports, drawings, calculations, and scopes of work.
• Provide technical leadership across the regional and national practice, driving best practices, innovation, and process improvements.
• Develop and strengthen Civil Pipeline engineering capability through team growth, mentoring, and technical guidance.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting clients, and contributing to bid proposals and wider practice initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and CDM regulations while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in the UK and internationally to deliver integrated design solutions.
