Job summary

AtkinsRéalis UK Limited is seeking an Associate / Associate Director Civil Pipeline Engineer to lead Civil Pipeline teams on complex projects across major infrastructure programmes. You will guide design outputs, ensure quality and compliance, and contribute to bids while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires Chartered Civil Engineer status and extensive leadership of pipeline design within consultancy, with a focus on safety, CDM compliance, and innovation across the UK and international

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering with Chartered status
• Proven track record leading large-scale Civil Pipeline design projects
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Civil Pipeline engineering teams to deliver high-quality designs on complex projects
• Manage development and delivery of design outputs within time and budget
• Oversee production and approval of reports, drawings, calculations, scopes of work
• Provide technical leadership across regional and national practice
• Develop Civil Pipeline capability through mentoring and guidance
• Support bids and be a technical advisor while ensuring CDM compliance
