SSA Recruitment UK seeks a Senior Estimator to join the Civil Engineering team, driving pre-construction activities and the preparation of competitive tenders across a portfolio of projects valued up to £75 million.

You will manage the full estimating process from enquiry through to tender submission, collaborating with delivery, commercial and design teams to deliver robust, risk-adjusted cost plans and winning bid strategies.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years' estimating experience in civil engineering and infrastructure.
• Proven track record pricing and securing projects up to £75m.
• Experience with NEC forms of contract and industry estimating software.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage estimates and tender submissions for projects up to £75m.
• Review drawings, specs and contract requirements to develop cost plans.
• Develop detailed cost estimates, pricing models and tender strategies.
