Qualifications

• Engineering or commercial background with tender experience.
• Proven track record in tenders up to £50 million.
• Strong numeric and IT literacy with estimating software.
• Chartered/incorporated status or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimates for civil engineering works.
• Mentor and develop junior estimators.
• Identify opportunities and risks during tender process.
• Present the basis of estimate at adjudication.
• Handover estimating packs to site teams after award.
• Support tender strategy and cost control.
