Our Civil Engineering Team

We are a team of 60 Engineers and Technicians supporting private developers, public authorities, and governments in shaping sustainable urban environments. Our multidisciplinary skills contribute to planning and designing strategic transport infrastructure, advising on infrastructure resilience, and aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. We engage early in projects, often at the masterplanning stage, to inform and shape emerging plans and designs.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the London Civil Engineering Team Lead and working closely with designers and project managers, you will support a range of projects from feasibility studies to detailed design and supervision of large infrastructure projects. Your expertise may include:

• Earthworks
• Highway Design
• Flood Risk and Drainage
• Water Supply
• Power Supply

Additionally, you should have an interest in:

• Infrastructure Resilience
• Smart Cities

Beyond technical work, you will contribute to business development by attending client meetings, preparing bid documents, and sharing knowledge within the team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Is this role right for you?

We seek a Chartered Engineer or a member of a relevant professional institution (such as ICE or equivalent) with expertise in civil and infrastructure projects. You will mentor team members, supervise design work, and ensure excellent client solutions. Key attributes include:

• Experience in civil/infrastructure design and mentoring
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Self-motivated with leadership experience in small/medium teams
• Effective communication skills with clients and team members
• Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, Civils 3D, GIS, and hydraulic modelling software
