The Cyfield Group is currently expanding into the UK market withan exciting new residential development in London and is seeking an experiencedSenior Civil Engineer to join the team on-site.

This is a critical role within the projectdelivery team. The successful candidate will oversee the civil engineeringaspects of Cyfield’ s residential development, ensuring work is carried out tothe highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Senior Civil Engineer – Residential Projects(London-Based)

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage all civil engineering activities on-site, including groundwork, infrastructure,and structural elements.
  
• Liaise with architects, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure designsand plans are executed correctly.
  
• Ensure compliance with UK building codes, regulations, and health &safety standards.
  
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring the projectremains on schedule and within scope.
  
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers andconstruction staff.
  
• Prepare reports, conduct site inspections, and attend project meetings.
  

Requirements

Requirements – Qualifications / Skills /Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or working towards it preferred.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, ideally includingUK-based residential projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of UK construction regulations and standards.
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
