Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed designs for building structures in reinforced concrete, steel, masonry, and timber.
- Design and detail structural steel connections and prepare associated sketches and CAD drawings.
- Contribute to temporary works schemes, from piling platforms and propping to complex bespoke support systems.
- Conduct site inspections and surveys, logging observations for integration into design revisions.
- Produce clear technical letters, reports, and calculation notes for clients and regulators.
- Liaise with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure design intent is maintained through construction.
- Mentor and assist junior colleagues as your technical expertise grows.
