The Role:

1. Collaborate with directors and associates to deliver a diverse range of projects.
2. Mentor, coach, and manage a team of Civil Engineers, promoting growth and teamwork.
3. Ensure outstanding project delivery leveraging the expertise of your team and the wider teams.
4. Lead the financial aspects of projects, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
5. Build client relationships confidently and explore new avenues for future projects.

Technical Skills:

1. Software Savy - ideally mastered in Civils 3D or drainage modelling software.
2. Expertise in Drainage Networks, e.g., InfoDrainage and MicroDrainage.
3. Thorough understanding of National and Local Planning policies and Flood Risk Assessments.
4. Knowledge of current UK design standards and active involvement in drainage and highway sectional works with relevant authorities.
5. Proficiency in designing paved and asphalt surfaces, earthwork specifications, and industrial concrete slabs.

The ideal Senior Civil Engineer will have proven experience creating and maintaining long-lasting client relationships and be capable of leading Civil Engineering projects across various sectors.
