AECOM is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in Manchester to lead civil infrastructure projects across commercial and residential developments. You’ll deliver designs, manage projects to time and budget, and mentor junior staff within a multi-disciplinary team.

The role offers a hybrid work model, opportunities across highways, drainage and SuDS, and active career development through AECOM University and internal networks.

Qualificações

• Commercially aware and able to deliver projects to time, budget and quality.
• Experience in highways, drainage and associated infrastructure design.
• Knowledge of drainage design including piped and SuDS systems with storage design; familiarity with InfoDrainage.
• Experience in preparation of Contract Drawings and negotiation of Section 38, 278, 104 and 106 Agreements.
• Ability to design highways, access roads and infrastructure including road geometry, earthworks, pavements, drainage and underground services.
• Assist coaching and support of junior staff to enable development.

Responsabilidades

• Support the team to deliver projects to programme, quality and budget.
• Develop internal team relationships and coach staff to develop skills and succession plans.
• Provide technical support to junior team members and maintain client-focused service.
