Job summary

AECOM's Civils Team seeks a Civil Engineer to undertake technical designs and project management, delivering highways, drainage and related infrastructure for development projects. You will coach junior staff, join a multi-disciplinary team, and ensure quality and budget adherence across projects.

Qualifications

• Able to deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality.
• Provide highways, drainage and related infrastructure design.
• Knowledge of drainage design and SuDS.
• Experience with contract drawings and Section 38/278/104/106 agreements.
• Design highways, access roads and infrastructure including earthworks and drainage.
• Mentor junior staff and support their development.

Responsibilities

• Support the team to deliver projects on time, to budget and to quality.
• Develop internal relationships and train staff for skill growth.
• Provide technical support to junior staff and maintain client focus.
