Matchtech is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our client in Leicester on a permanent basis. You will lead highway and drainage infrastructure projects, oversee technical design and assessments, and mentor junior engineers.

The role requires strong experience in MicroDrainage, AutoCAD and Civil3D, excellent problem solving, and ability to coordinate with stakeholders across disciplines on site visits and office-based project management three days a week.

Formación

• Degree in civil or structural engineering or equivalent.
• Chartered status is beneficial but not required.
• Experience with development infrastructure projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage infrastructure development projects.
• Prepare technical assessments (TA) and flood risk assessments (FRA).
• Design and implement highway and drainage solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct site visits and office-based project management.
