Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a Civil Engineer to support a major defence infrastructure programme in Plymouth. You will review civil and structural designs and provide technical input throughout construction, while liaising with design teams, contractors, and site stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure safety and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in civil or structural engineering, ideally within marine, defence, or infrastructure sectors.
• Extensive knowledge of civil engineering design, site supervision, and technical review processes.
• Expertise in interpreting technical drawings, construction documentation, and inspection records.
• Professional engineering qualification (degree or equivalent) in Civil, Structural, or closely related discipline
