Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant commercial experience in a similar role.
• Strong account management and negotiation skills across multi-site operations.
• Ability to coach peers and influence regional strategy.
• Experience building tools and kits to solve local trade challenges.
• Ability to measure outcomes and report on execution quality.
• Analytical mindset to identify gaps and inform strategy.
• Self-driven with resilience in changing markets.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Own city performance, driving awareness, distribution, trade execution and market share.
• Coach and support City Development Managers with account planning and negotiations.
• Develop regional tools and propositions to win across channels.
• Build city strategies aligned with national frameworks and local nuances.
• Collaborate with third-party field teams and coordinate promotions.
• Measure execution quality and share best practices to raise standards.
