Juul Labs, Inc. is seeking a Senior City Development Manager to lead field operations for key cities in the UK, reporting to the Head of Field Sales.

You will drive city performance, manage regional accounts, and coach City Development Managers to scale distribution and market share while ensuring regulatory compliance. This field-based role requires strong commercial acumen, collaboration across channels, and the ability to translate national plans into city-specific actions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role or commercial setting.
• Strong commercial acumen with track record in multi-site accounts.
• Ability to coach and influence peers across regions.
• Experience developing practical sales tools and kits.
• Ability to analyze city sales data and feedback for strategy.

Responsabilités

• Own regional key accounts and route-to-market partnerships.
• Provide coaching and support on planning, negotiating, and trade challenges.
• Develop and deploy regional commercial tools and calculators.
• Build non-traditional trade channels and tailor city strategies.
• Set execution standards across distribution, brand visibility, and ROA.
