Job summary

Juul Labs seeks a Senior City Development Manager to drive city strategy, regional key account management, and on‑the‑ground execution. You’ll own city performance, elevate distribution, and coach City Development Managers to scale impact.

You’ll lead commercial initiatives, develop regional trade partnerships, and ensure compliant, effective field activity across markets. This role is field‑focused with London office interaction as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role or commercial setting.
• Proven ability to negotiate, drive sales, and grow market share.
• Ability to mentor peers and tailor city plans.
• Experience developing practical sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead city strategy and execution across key regional cities.
• Manage regional key accounts and partner relationships.
• Coach City Development Managers with practical advice.
• Develop local trade channels and events to drive sales.
• Measure execution quality and report insights to leadership.
