Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Senior Citrix Infrastructure Engineer in Milton Keynes for a six‑month contract (Inside IR35). The role pays £550‑£600pd and may require DV clearance eligibility.

You will maintain secure Citrix VAD environments and ensure reliable access to critical services in a highly regulated setting. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, platform improvements, and thorough knowledge transfer, with strong emphasis on security and enterprise-scale Citrix expertise.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and secure deployments.
• Experience designing, building, upgrading and supporting Citrix environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning in high‑availability setups.
• Experience operating Citrix in secure or government environments is a plus.
• Proven ability to integrate Citrix with Active Directory and secure access tools.

• Maintain stability and performance of secure Citrix VAD in a regulated setting.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and platform improvements.
• Create and hand over operational documentation and knowledge transfer.
