Job summary

Albert Bartlett is seeking a Senior Production Manager - Chilled to drive performance of chilled production, ensuring output, quality and food safety standards are met in a fast-paced facility in Scotland. You will lead teams, manage line performance and collaborate with QA audits.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years in food production, senior production experience, HACCP/BRCGS knowledge, and proficiency with M3 Info MRP and MS Office; eligibility to work in the UK and IOSH Managing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in food production, including experience in a similar production management role and managerial experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Educated to a high level; a degree or HND/HNC/SVQ qualification is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using manufacturing systems, including M3 Info MRP.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, chilled-food compliance, and retailer audits in food production.
• Able to spend long periods on your feet, walk the production floor regularly, and work in chilled environments.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Completed IOSH Managing Safely training is advantageous.
