Job summary

ABP UK is seeking a Hygiene Minder to maintain high hygiene and quality standards in the chill production line. You will perform cleaning, monitor critical control points, GMP and health & safety requirements, and ensure product integrity throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities include following cleaning schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring adherence to labelling and allergen handling processes.

Qualifications

• Basic English speaking, writing and understanding required.
• Basic numeracy skills for daily checks and records.
• Attentive to detail and committed to high quality standards.
• Experience working in a chilled environment is desirable.
• Flexible and keen to learn new processes and procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication within a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform hygiene activities to meet volume and schedule while complying with quality and safety standards.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, labeling and allergen handling processes.
• Support line efficiency with consistent schedule adherence and hygiene practices.
• Follow cleaning frequency schedules for all machinery on site.
• Escalate issues to supervisors to resolve before production starts.
• Record hygiene activities and maintain cleanliness and safety records.
