Ben Williams Recruitment is assisting an outstanding Children’s Home organisation in Hampshire, Winchester to recruit a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker. The role offers a salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum including sleep-in allowances, with a full UK driving licence required and a Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare.

This is a full-time, permanent position in a supportive team dedicated to children with complex needs.

• Recent experience working either as a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker or as a Children's Residential Support Worker in a Children’s Home.
